Q: Will I get good results?

A: We only have market leading equipment which has a proven track record for good results. All are maintained to an impressively high standard to ensure optimum performance. Market leading detergents designed to be eco friendly, whilst providing optimum results.

Q: Is it really free delivery and collection?

A: Absolutely, delivered to you at the date and time agreed on your booking, and collected as agreed too. All made easy, no drive to the store, no trying to muscle a machine into the boot of a car, no parking charges and no stress in trying to get the machine back on time again. This is how it should be, easy.

Q: Are the machines easy to use?

A: All of our machines are simple to use, highly manoeuvrable and come with clear instructions. However, ask any of our delivery people and they’ll gladly give you an overview on delivery.

Q: Is my on-line booking secure?

A: 100% secure. All of our credit / debit card payments are taken via SagePay internet merchant services which is fully encrypted and secure. We at get cleaning do not hold your credit card details on our servers after the transaction is complete for your financial security.

Q: How long is a weekend booking?

A: Get Cleaning believes in real value, no half measures. A weekend rental should mean you get the whole weekend to use your equipment. So, if you book a weekend rental with us, we deliver on Friday and collect on Monday. Now that’s a real weekend and real value.

Q: How long is a Day rental?

A: At least 24 hours, talk to the delivery person to agree on the best pick up time you’d like.

Q: Can I get a discount?

A: Yes, Get Cleaning can do better than just giving you a discount, how about your money back! After your rental, recommend 3 friends and we’ll refund the whole amount paid for your rental. See the “Current Offers” page for details on how to get your cash back.

Q: How much detergent will I need?

A: The Get Cleaning web site has all this information. When you select a machine in the booking process you will then be taken to a page for ordering detergent relevant to the chosen machine. By clicking on the detergent it will tell you what sort of coverage or usage you can expect, from this you can decide how much you need. If you think you haven’t ordered enough don’t worry, the helpful delivery person will always be able to advise and offer more, but only if you need it.
